Cohesive Communities is a grassroots group of parents, professionals and advocates for inclusion of disabled children and youth. We believe the stories of our families can inform and re-imagine the environments in which we live, work and play.
Mission
Our mission is to support the inclusion of disabled children and youth in Spruce Grove, Stony Plain and Parkland County.
